Molly is a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Physiotherapist with many years of experience supporting children and adolescents across a broad range of conditions and disabilities. She has worked in hospitals, community centres, not-for-profit organisations, and private clinics, bringing a wealth of knowledge to every family she serves. In 2021, Molly founded Hop, Skip and Jump Therapies, which has since grown into a thriving multidisciplinary paediatric service.
After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in 2015, Molly went on to earn a Master of Advanced Paediatric Physiotherapy Practice from Monash University in 2020. She has also undertaken specialised training in aquatic physiotherapy and equipment prescription, staying up to date with the latest evidence-based approaches to deliver the highest quality of care.
Molly is passionate about helping children and their families achieve their goals, believing that therapy should be enjoyable, engaging, and a positive experience for everyone involved. Through her warm, fun-focused approach, she provides genuine support every step of the way, ensuring each child’s journey is tailored to their unique needs.
Gabe is a bubbly and caring paediatric occupational therapist, recently joining us from The Royal Children’s Hospital. Having worked across private and public sectors for the last 10 years, Gabe has supported infants, children and adolescents with a variety of complex disabilities and high care needs. Gabe is passionate about including the whole family when working towards individual goals, following a holistic, capacity building approach. Gabe also enjoys collaborating with teachers, early childhood educators, and support workers as she recognises the importance of each child’s unique network.
Gabe has experience in assessing and prescribing complex assistive technology to promote safe and sustainable care routines for everyday life. Gabe is a certified Smart Move Smart Lift trainer, allowing her to deliver high quality manual handling training, and problem solving in the home or community environment.
Gabe is an advocate for inclusion, and firmly believes that environments should be accessible to all. As such, she has experience in providing advice surrounding both minor and major home modifications. Gabe enjoys delivering evidenced based practice in a fun and friendly way.
Ella is a dedicated and passionate professional with three years of experience working with children at Hop Skip and Jump Therapies. She holds a Certificate III in Allied Health and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University. Ella brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to every child and family she supports. She believes that therapy should be both effective and enjoyable, creating personalised sessions that cater to each child’s unique needs and developmental goals. Ella’s enthusiasm for helping children shines through in her warm and engaging interactions, ensuring that every therapy session is a positive experience for both children and their families.
In her spare time, Ella enjoys playing netball, trying new recipes, and going for walks in nature. Each aspect of her life complements her passion for supporting children, making every day special and fulfilling.
Amaya has a strong passion for working with children and adolescents with specific support needs. She is dedicated to making a positive impact and strives to foster growth and development in each individual she supports. Amaya finds fulfilment in navigating challenges with empathy and care, and she is deeply committed to building trusting, positive relationships. She creates a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels valued, understood, and supported.
Amaya loves being part of each individual’s journey, taking joy in their progress and celebrating their achievements. She has completed her Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance. In her spare time, Amaya enjoys playing netball, spending time with friends, and cooking.
Jack is a caring and dedicated individual who takes pride in building meaningful and positive relationships. Currently in his fourth year of studying Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University in Bendigo, Jack is passionate about supporting others and helping them achieve their goals. He loves sports and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Jack has extensive experience working with young people across a variety of settings, including schools, holiday programs, and junior sporting clubs. He also has experience in the mental health and well-being space, further strengthening his ability to provide support. Guided by the values of empathy, compassion, patience, and fun, Jack brings positive energy and genuine care to his work. He finds great joy in seeing others thrive and achieve their goals.
