Funding Options

We are able to provide services to participants with NDIS funding who are;

• Self-Managed 
• Plan Managed 

Hop, Skip and Jump Therapies follows the NDIS price guide and you will be required to complete a service agreement prior to commencing therapy. 

Hourly rate of $193.99 per hour.

Additional charges for travel will be discussed upon scheduling of your appointment.

Your child may be eligible for a Chronic Disease GP Management Plan, if so you can be entitled to 5 subsidised appointments. It will not cover the full cost of the appointment. You will need to make the claim via medicare if you have a GP Management Plan.

Please speak with your GP regarding this.

Hop, Skip and Jump Therapies will invoice you after the service has been provided.

Please discuss fees with admin prior to appointment as it will be dependent on time, travel and location.  

Fees may be claimed via your chosen health fund dependent on the insurers policy.
